About Kingston

Kingston Calisthenics has a history of more than 20 years fostering strong, confident performers, both on and off the stage. We have creative, inspiring and leading coaches at our club that work to bring out the very best in every child, teenager and adult!

Through fun and dynamic classes and the extensive variety of items, you or your child will develop skills that enable them to perform confidently on stage, but that also transfer into everyday life. Spatial awareness, listening and communication skills, multi-tasking, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and self-confidence are just a few.

Be inspired by our creative coaches, feel connected by joining our wider Kingston family and stay active and healthy as you confidently perform this versatile and modern sport.

About Calisthenics

Calisthenics is the sport with performing at its heart.

Calisthenics offers a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skills for girls, boys and women throughout Australia.

The sport  develops strong, confident performers through teamwork. Discipline and technique, grace and poise are fostered in a fun and friendly club environment, where families can connect and performers can develop skills, and friendships, that last a lifetime.

Our performers learn skills that inspire them to take centre stage at competitions, and in life.
