Our Intermediates classes are designed for teenagers to build lasting friendships and learn dedication and persistence through their achievements. These classes are designed to teach calisthenics skills in a positive and encouraging environment. We support the team's learning in many different ways, ensuring our classes are tailored to all abilities.

Our Intermediates compete in up to 5 competitions a year. This is a great opportunity to perform on stage, build confidence and expand team bonds.

 

Come along to any 2 Intermediates classes to try Calisthenics at Kingston for FREE.

Classes held at St Louis de Montfort's School Hall, Aspendale. 

You will find the hall at the end of the carpark.
