Trish has loved calisthenics since she was introduced to the sport by her cousins, and became a pupil at Syndal Calisthenics Club. It has been her life long ambition to coach at her own club and this dream was realised in 2000, when Trish co-founded Kingston Calisthenics College with five of her closest friends.

Trish has over 20 years of calisthenics experience as a competitor, with Syndal, Dandenong and Noble Park calisthenics clubs. She also has over 20 years experience as a coach. Trish first began coaching Tinies in 1997, and has since worked with all sections and taught solos.

Trish was proudly the first recipient of Kingston’s Life membership in 2017.
