Sub Juniors Coach

Aime has been involved in calisthenics for 20 years, coaching for 11 of those, including solos.  This is Aime's first year with us at Kingston Calisthenics College, having gained her coaching experience with Chelsea Calisthenics Club.  Aime is looking forward to sharing her love and knowledge of this wonderful sport with the Sub-Juniors and their families.

When she's not coaching calisthenics, Aime is still involved in performing; as a head choreographer for a high school production!  She also enjoys many creative pursuits.

Trish Freeman

Juniors Coach

Trish has loved calisthenics since she was introduced to the sport by her cousins, and became a pupil at Syndal Calisthenics Club. It has been her life long ambition to coach at her own club and this dream was realised in 2000, when Trish co-founded Kingston Calisthenics College with five of her closest friends.

Trish has over 20 years of calisthenics experience as a competitor, with Syndal, Dandenong and Noble Park calisthenics clubs. She also has over 20 years experience as a coach. Trish first began coaching Tinies in 1997, and has since worked with all sections and taught solos.

Trish was proudly the first recipient of Kingston’s Life membership in 2017.

Marlee-Shae Holden

Intermediates Coach

Marlee began calisthenics at the of 2 at Raieburn Calisthenics, at 4 she moved to Jeaden calisthenics. In 2019 she joined the Avonde Calisthenics College seniors team. Over her 19 years of calisthenics she has been heavily involved in assisting and coaching various solos as well teaching pupil skills.

Marlee has been selected to perform at RSSS in calisthenics solos 4 years in a row and also solos at the Palais for 2 years running. One of the highlights of her career was achieving gold medal with honours and assisting the Kingston inters in 2018 to a State Championship win.

Marlee was also a Rhythmic gymnast for 14 years and was lucky enough to represent Victoria and also Australia on numerous occasions. A few of her highlights from rhythmic gymnastics were being junior Victorian champion 3 years in a row and senior Victorian champion 2 years in a row, before she returned to calisthenics. Marlee is still heavily involved in this sport as a coach!

She is really looking forward to coaching the Kingston Intermediates this year and she can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Tracey Holden

Seniors Coach

Tracey’s calisthenics career started at the age of two at Acheron Calisthenics competing in A grade and A grade special (the old championship). Tracey began coaching at the age of 15 at a non competitive Calisthenic club where she was responsible for all sections, Tinies through to Seniors, and also taught a ladies class at this club. Over the years Tracey has taught many sections from Division 9 right through to Division 1. She has also taught various solos from Division 9 through to Championship.

Tracey joined Kingston in 2011, first coaching our Tinies section for 2 years. She then began coaching our intermediates section, and very successfully moved them up to division 2. Tracey is very excited to take on our Seniors section for her 7th year with Kingston.

Donna and Ronice have a wealth of calisthenics knowledge and experience having coached at a championship level for many years. They successfully started the Kingston Gold Masters team 10 years ago and have lead the team to many State championships over these years. The masters also compete in the Pan Pacific Masters Games held every 2 years in the Gold Coast, where they have won many medals.

Ronice Ritter

Recreational Masters Coach

Kingston Gold Recreational Masters Coach Ronice started the recreational Masters section in 2016. This class has been very successful for all of those women who want to try or get back in to calisthenics, but don’t want toperform at competitions.

The class has been lots of fun for Mums who have never done calisthenics but want to experience what their daughters are enjoying, and women who have done calisthenics when they were younger and would love to get back in to it.

Ronice runs this class focussing on fun, fitness and strength, catering to all abilities and ages above 26.

We also have many incredible Assistant coaches and assistants. Please go to each class page to learn more about our assistants.
