Kingston Calisthenics College offer six competitive sections for girls of all standards; from beginners to experienced calisthenics girls. The sections are determined by age, while the competitive grading is determined by the experience of the team members and the coach.

Tinies
The Tinies section consists of girls aged seven and under, and is coached by Tracey Holden.
Classes are held on Saturday mornings, from 9:15am to 11:15am. The Tinies compete in four competitions each year, including the State Titles.
Sub-Juniors
The Sub Juniors section is made up of girls between the ages of seven and nine. The Sub Juniors are coached by Tracey Ferris on Saturdays, from 11:30am to 2:30pm. The Sub Juniors compete in five competitions each year, including Ballarat. The Sub Juniors have recently been promoted to Division One after a very successful year in 2011.
Juniors
Girls in the Juniors section are aged between nine and twelve, and they compete in five competitions each year. The Juniors are coached by Joanna Admiraal. Classes are held on Thursday evenings, from 4:30pm until 7:30pm. The Juniors have recently been promoted to Division Three after a very successful year in 2011.
Intermediates
The Intermediate section has been running since 2003, and are coached by Karen McGoldrick. Intermediate girls range in age from thirteen to sixteen. The Intermediates are graded in Division Five and they train on Wednesday nights between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. The Intermediates compete in five competitions annually.
Seniors
This is the fifth year a competitive Seniors section has been offered by Kingston Calisthenics College, for girls and women aged sixteen and over. The Kingston Seniors will compete in five competitions. The Seniors are coached by Trish Freeman, on Tuesday nights, from 6:45pm to 9:45pm. The Seniors have recently been promoted to Division Four (from Division Six) after a very successful year in 2011.
Masters
2011 saw the introduction of a Masters section to Kingston, for women aged 26 and over. Our Masters classes are coached by Donna Gabriel and Ronice Ritter, on Monday nights from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
